By some mistake or oversight, a notice we had prepared of the constituting of this Lodge at the proper time, failed to get into our pages. The ceremony took place on the evening of the 31st December last, in the presence of a large number of brethren. The Lodge has a fine hall, neatly fitted up and furnished, and it is in the bands of enterprising and zealous brethren.
