Grand Constitutions Amendment Proposals
- 03/10: 1915-45; Report on proposed amendment originally proposed in 1913 regarding concurrent jurisdiction of Greater Boston Lodges. The committee reported against the adoption of the proposal; substituting instead a provision for Part 4, Article 3, Section 9, in which an appeal could be made to the Grand Lodge following the refusal of release of jurisdiction.
