Grand Constitutions Amendment Proposals

  • 03/10: 1982-37; Increase of Grand Lodge dues from $8 to $12, and corresponding increases in life memberships, Sections 332A, 332B; referred.
    • 06/09: 1982-77; Approved by vote of the Grand Lodge.
  • 12/08: 1982-156; Proposed Amendments to the Grand Constitutions as follows:
    • Delete Sections 600, 604, 605, 606, 607, 608, 609 and 610;
    • Amend Sections 602 and 603
    • Renumber 611 to 609 and 612 to 610
    • Add new sections 601, 604, 605, 606, 607, and 608.
    • The purpose of these amendments and changes was to restructure the Masonic Service and Charity portions of the Grand Constitutions. They were referred to the March and June, 1983 Quarterly Communications.
