  • 1904-29: Presentation of ancient ballot boxes by Dr. J. Collins Warren, great-grandson of Past Grand Master John Warren. They may have seen service with the Massachusetts Grand Lodge.
  • 1904-32: Case of Bro. John H. Whitehead, elected Junior Warden of Wollaston Lodge; active in a "Masonic" body not recognized, who refused to renounce his membership therein; the case is currently in Superior Court; the Grand Master refused to receive his petition while the matter was before a court.
    • 12/14: 1904-160; Court case decided against Whitehead. "While these proceedings were carried on by Whitehead, and he is justly blameable for his action, the parties behind him who furnished the means and who have been active from the beginning and are largely responsible directly and indirectly for the presence of so much that is disgraceful to Masonry among us, should receive the greater share of the blame and condemnation."

    • Voted, That the Secretaries of all Lodges within this jurisdiction insert in their next regular notices a copy of the above vote.

It was also noted that the Grand Orient of Spain "do not respect the Masonic jurisdictions in other countries" as they have four lodges in Porto Rico, as well as six lodges in Philadelphia "and others in different parts of the country; also a Regional Grand Lodge of Universal Masonry; all of which work in the Cernean rite." These are considered clandestine, as is the Grand Orient of Spain.
