They will form no Lodges in Florida, and they will issue cards under the seal of the Grand Lodge of Cuba which may be accepted by Florida Lodges as lawful information that the holder thereof is a member in good standing of the Grand Lodge of Cuba.

"Brethren, this situation is close to us now. It behooves us as individuals to stand firm and do our utmost to promote the cause of liberty against oppression. We do not discuss political, religious or other controversial subjects in our Lodge that may lead to dissension among our members. As Masons we do not take sides on these matters, but there is nothing to prevent, and no doubt we should, take sides as individual citizens, remembering that we do not speak for Masonry or as Masons on any such subjects. Your action must be as individual citizens."
