Grand Constitutions Amendment Proposals

  • 06/10: 1891-61; Proposal to amend Part 4, Article 3, Section 8, to set the fee for a city lodge to $50, anywhere else $40; referred.
  • 09/09: 1891-82; revision suggested that town lodges should have the fee reduced from $40 to $30; following extended discussion, this matter was voted to be indefinitely postponed.
