  • Finance.
  • The meeting elected the officers for the Grand Royal Arch Chapter for the ensuing year, with R. E. Stephen Lovell elected Grand High Priest; other officers elected and appointed as noted on Pages ChI-625 and ChI-629.
  • A new charter for Washington Chapter of Salem was issued; text of the charter appears on Page ChI-626.
