REGULAR SESSIONS
ANNUAL SESSION, 09/12/1826
Meeting held at Boston (Ch1-313):
Grand Chapter opened. Due to the absence of officers attending General Grand Chapter in New York, the session was postponed to 09/26.
Meeting held in Boston on 09/26/1826 (Ch1-314):
Grand Chapter opened.
- A committee was formed to inquire of the dues status of King Hiram's Chapter at Greenwich reported that the Chapter was no longer delinquent.
- A petition was received for a Chapter in New Bedford and was referred to committee.
- The report of the committee of Finance was read and accepted.
- A dispensation was granted for Sutton Chapter in Sutton.
- An amendment to the Constitution was adopted reducing the exaltation fee from $31 to $25.
The meeting elected the officers for the Grand Royal Arch Chapter for the ensuing year, with R. E. Daniel Gibbens elected Grand High Priest, and other officers elected and appointed as noted on Pages ChI-318 and ChI-319.
- A committee was appointed to procure additional regalia for the Grand Chapter.
STATED MEETING, 12/12/1826
Held at Mason's Hall, Boston (ChI-320):
Grand Chapter opened.
- A petition for a Chapter in Fitchburg was read but had no "certificate of recommendation" and was withdrawn.
- Voted: "That hereafter all subordinate Chapters who receive their charters from this Grand Chapter, shall pay one dollar per month for the time which said Chapter shall have held its warrant or charter."

Held at Mason's Hall, Boston (ChI-326):
Grand Chapter opened.
- A Committee was appointed to consider communications regarding the purchase of land by the Masonic bodies of Boston for the purpose of constructing a building. A report was presented later in the session.
- Communications were received by the General Grand Chapter.
- A petition was received from Thomas Chapter requesting leave to meet in Fitchburg for six months a year.
- It was voted that further meetings of Grand Chapter be advertised in the Columbian Centinel, New England Galaxy, and Masonic Mirror.

Grand Chapter opened, and exalted Brother Nahum Capen as a Royal Arch Mason.
SPECIAL MEETING AT MARBLEHEAD, 05/11/1827

The Grand Chapter consecrated St. Luke's Chapter and installed its officers.
