Pages for all lodges in place.
- Year pages done 1792-1819, including location tags.
- Refs on lodge pages done 1792-1819. Will add refs as year pages are completed.
  - Changed to District format for 1803 onward.

Current District layout page in place.
Created a district page with a description of the 1803 alignments and the 1821 re-districting; will update as I progress forward.

Added 1792 and 1811 Grand Constitutions, and amendment refs will have links to appropriate section and notes on changes. Also added 1817 Act of Incorporation and the 1819 By-Laws.

Page for lodges by district in place.
Need to create a master list of lodges and denote mergers, etc.
Need to check on lodges chartered by the GLMA or its predecessors and create a link in Massachusetts area.
