Grand Chapter voted as follows:

  • To give leave to the Committees on Ceremonies and Installations and on Expulsions to report at the next meeting.
  • To review the accounts of Treasurer and Secretary and fix their compensation.
  • To address a disciplinary meeting in King Cyrus Chapter.
  • To appoint Companions Fowle, Sigourney and Horsman as a Committee "to give Brother John Lathrop such information from the records of the Grand Chapter as may be deemed proper."
