*** The corner stone of the Boston Caledonian Club was laid on the evening of June 23 at the club building, recently purchased by the Boston Caledonian Club Building Association, at Berkeley and Appleton Streets, Boston. Grand Master [http://masonicgenealogy.com/MediaWiki/index.php?title=GMPrince Arthur D. Prince] of the Grand Lodge of Massachusetts officiated, the ceremony including the Masonic ritual.
 +
*** The stone, of pink Scotch granite, was quarried and cut at Peterhead, Aberdeen, Scotland. It bears only the figures 1922. Grand Master Prince laid the stone in place, being assisted in the ceremonies by Acting Senior Grand Warden [http://masonicgenealogy.com/MediaWiki/index.php?title=GMHDean Herbert W.  +
*** Following the outdoor ceremony, dedication exercises were held in the main hall of the clubhouse jointly with the club's annual Bannockburn celebration. President Frank B. Abercrombie of the building association presided, the following speakers being heard: Gov. Cox, Grand Master Prince and Chief John Spiers of the club.
