    • 06/14: 1911-81: Report of committee on the proposal. After brief discussion, the proposals were adopted.
  • 03/08: 1911-19; Proposal to amend the Grand Constitutions, Part 4, Article 3, adding a new Section 4, regarding notification of candidates elected to receive degrees, and qualifications for application. Some parts accepted, others given further time.
    • 06/14: 1911-87: Report of committee on the proposal. The proposals were adopted.

"There are several applications for Dispensations for new Lodges pending, which will be completed at an early date. Our Lodges in many instances have grown to unwieldy numbers, and there seems to be a growing disposition among the members of the Fraternity to establish new Lodges which may be composed of a smaller membership."
