    • II-465: Report on the establishment of a permanent Charity Fund. Complete text for "the system of government" begins on page II-466. Report to be presented to the legislature as part of the request for incorporation.
    • II-468: A "very lengthy and elaborate report" on the revision of the Grand Constitutions was presented, to be considered at a meeting in February.
  • 02/20 (Masons Hall, Boston): II-471;
    • II-472: Report on revision to the Constitutions to be held over until the March communication.
    • II-472: A petition from a new Masonic magazine in Philadelphia to examine the Grand Lodge records was granted.
    • II-472: Some of Portland Lodge's members petitioned to receive their old charter back. Ancient Landmark Lodge was to be informed of this request.
