Bob wasa friend to all and a confidant to many. He had the ability to analyze any situation and come up with the right answer. His love of life and his devotion to family, friend and brother seemed to always put him in the center of whatever action was taking place. Every endeavor was of paramount importance to Bob, whether it was being a member of a committee or the Master of the Lodge, Grand Marshal, commander-in-chief or the Grand Secretary. His desire was always to accomplish as much as possible in the least amount of time. Perhaps, in retrospect, this devotion to family, work and duty was due to the fact that there was so much that he had to accomplish in a limited space of time. cut off in the midst of his usefulness, our beloved Brother was called to the celestial Lodge above on Sunday May, 12, 1996, at Portsmouth, Rhode Island, doing one of those things which he loved best, boating. We will long remember his cheery smile, friendly greeting and his willingness to listen and render advice from a wisdom that was superior to most.

Farewell, dear Brother, may the Good Lord ever have you in his Heavenly keeping.

Respectfully submitted,
