This Lodge, having completed its probationary year under Dispensation, was Constituted on the evening of the 25th of Sept., by the M. W. Grand Lodge. Its Hall was Dedicated at the same time, and its Officers were Publicly Installed. The latter ceremony took place in the Universalist Church, and in the presence of a larse assemblage of ladies and gentlemen. The services were performed by the M. W.
