- 06/13: 1928-136;
- 09/12: 1928-190;
- 12/12: 1928-290; (Annual Communication)
03/14 Agenda
- 03/14: 1927-18; Reception of Most Wor. Howard R. Cruse, Grand Master of New Jersey; Most Wor. Harold J. Richardson, Grand Master of New York; and Rt. Wor. Jacob C. Klinck, Past Grand Treasurer of New York.
- 1928-19: Report of the Committee on Records.
- 1928-42: Report of the Committee on Recognition of Grand Lodges. "A study of the Records of Grand Lodge reveals a very curious situation, which, in part at least, probably arises from the fact that we have never up to this time had the practice of exchanging representatives of other Grand Lodges. This Grand Lodge has apparently never asked recognition from the few Grand Lodges older than itself. It has only formally recognized six of the forty-eight other Grand Jurisdictions in the United States. There is no record of formal exchange of recognition with England, Scotland, Ireland, or several other Grand Lodges with it has for many years been in most cordial fraternal relations."
- 1928-43: List of recognized Grand Lodges.
- 1928-44: List of Grand Lodges for which recognition has been declined, and a list of Grand Lodge to which formal recognition should be extended - those of the other states in the United States; England, Scotland and Ireland; Grand Lodges in Canada, Australia, as well as a number of foreign countries.
- 1928-47: Report was accepted.
- 1928-47: Report of the Committee on Ritual. "The committee made two recommendations, one regarding the introduction of certain explanatory matter in the ritual, the other regarding an official fixing of the form in which the private grand honors and the public grand honors should be given." The second recommendation was accepted, the first postponed until the next Quarterly Communication.
- 1928-48: Addresses by Grand Master Cruse, Grand Master Richardson, Past Grand Master Randell of Texas, Rt. Wor. Jacob Klinck, and Wor. William B. Pettus, Past Master of International Lodge (who reported on the "so-called Chinese Grand Lodge", in a report beginning on Page 1928-49).
