- 1959-245: Grand Lodge opened at the Congregational Church and was received by Wor. William E. Moriarty, Master of United Brethren Lodge.
- 1959-246: Remarks by the Grand Master and various Brothers. A generous anniversary donation was made by the lodge to the Masonic Home and Hospital.
- 1959-247ff: History of United Brethren Lodge, by Bro. Ernest W. Carr. Notes on Fredonia Lodge, which met in Northboro from 1810-1833, and the first United Brethren Lodge, which met from 1825 to 1830. Three of the charter members of the new lodge were members of the older lodge.
